Voilà respects your privacy. The app is designed to work entirely on your device: your photos and creations are never uploaded or stored on a server.
1. Data we collect
No personal data is collected by the app. Voilà has no account and does not ask for email, name or location. Images you import or capture are processed locally and stay on your phone. Your preferences (language, theme) are stored only in the device's local storage.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows a banner ad via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising ID. This is processed by Google per its policy: policies.google.com/privacy. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, a consent form (Google UMP) is shown on first launch. You can reset your advertising ID in Android settings at any time.
3. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
The Premium option (removes ads and watermark, custom brand) is handled by Google Play Billing. The app never processes or stores payment data.
4. Permissions
- Camera: only when you choose to take a photo or use AR preview.
- Internet: for ads and purchases. Editing works offline.
- Photos / storage: to import and save your creations, at your request.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
As the app collects no personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, rectify or delete. For advertising data, exercise your rights via your device and Google account settings. Uninstalling the app erases all local data. Questions: see §7.
6. Children
Voilà is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data about them.
